Rosa’s Thai will open in Cheltenham on March 10, with a soft launch offering 50% off food from February 25 to March 9. Reservations are required.
Before the grand opening, there’s a soft launch from February 25 to March 9. During this time, you can enjoy 50% off food, but you need to book in advance.
Rosa’s Thai started in 2008 as a market stall in London. It was founded by Saiphin and Alex Moore. Saiphin learned to cook in northern Thailand, focusing on fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Now, there are over 40 Rosa’s Thai locations across the UK.
The Cheltenham menu will feature favorites like Pad Kra Prow, Green Curry, and Pad Thai. These dishes use authentic ingredients for a true taste of Thailand.
You can also try Thai-inspired cocktails that pair well with the food. They balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors, typical of Thai cuisine.
Saiphin Moore shared her excitement about the new location. She believes Cheltenham’s love for good food makes it a great fit for Rosa’s Thai.
During the soft launch, food is half-price, but drinks are full price. Reservations are limited, so it’s best to sign up for the Rosa’s Thai email newsletter for priority access.
After the grand opening, Rosa’s Thai will offer delivery through Uber Eats and Just Eat, plus click-and-collect options. This starts on March 10, so you can enjoy their dishes at home.
They’re also planning a ‘Free Curry Day’ soon. Newsletter subscribers will get the first updates about this promotion.
