Families can enjoy a new Stick Man trail at Beechenhurst, Forest of Dean, starting February 5. Interactive activities await young adventurers on this fun journey.
Forest of Dean: A new adventure is coming for families! The Stick Man trail opens at Beechenhurst. It’s based on a popular picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
Starting February 5, families can explore the trail. Kids will follow Stick Man on his journey back to his family tree. Along the way, there will be fun activity panels and hands-on experiences.
Emily Fergusson, the Recreation Manager, shared her excitement. She said this trail combines storytelling with outdoor fun. It’s a great way for kids to connect with nature.
Families can buy an activity pack at Beechenhurst Cafe for £4. The pack includes materials to make their own Stick Man and an adventure passport. Kids can collect stamps as they complete challenges.
This trail continues a successful partnership between Forestry England and Magic Light Pictures. They’ve been bringing beloved characters to life in nature since 2014.
