Masked Robbers Attack Gloucester Shop Worker in Broad Daylight

Gloucester: This morning, a shop worker had a scary encounter. Two masked robbers burst into a shop on Seventh Avenue around 7:15 AM. They were aggressive and hit the worker in the face.

After that, they grabbed packets of cigarettes and tobacco from behind the counter. They stuffed everything into big containers. Then, they jumped into a silver or grey Audi A3 and sped off at about 7:20 AM.

Interestingly, they had parked that same car outside the shop just ten minutes earlier. Thankfully, the shop worker was checked by paramedics but didn’t need to go to the hospital.

Now, the police are on the case. They’ve released images of two men they want to talk to about the robbery. Officers are doing house-to-house inquiries and checking CCTV footage.
