A three-car collision in Old Swan, Liverpool, closed Prescot Road. Emergency services responded, and an investigation is underway.
Emergency crews rushed to Prescot Road and Green Lane. Police told drivers to take other roads, and buses also had to change their routes. Right now, they don’t know if anyone got hurt.
A neighbor heard a loud crash around 4 PM and went outside to see the wrecked cars. He also saw someone go in an ambulance. Another neighbor heard it from his apartment and said it sounded like a truck crashed.
The road was closed for a while. A neighbor thinks Prescot Road is unsafe because the road gets very busy, and crossing it can take twenty minutes during rush hour.
